Today I finished the start to run lesson 18, 10 more lessons and I should be able to run a full 5K. It helps to see how my runs go to keep me motivated and wanting to improve my times.
Today I was a little slower when I compare it with my previous runs because of the feeling in my knees:
I smoked since the age of 15, now I am 32 and decided it´s time to stop smoking. So from now on I am a non-smoker and will trade one addiction for another: Stop Smoking and Start Running! I stopped smoking before but always started again, now I believe and feel I am a non-smoker.
